Hey, if this is your first time here, subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
I do everything I can to be good to the environment. I work from home to save gas. I plan my errands all on one day as much as I possibly can. I use those funny looking light bulbs. I use biodegradable laundry soap and my cleaning supplies consist mainly of baking soda and vinegar. I use recyclable tote bags. Et cetera, et cetera.
Because I work from home and most of my work is online, I’m not using much paper. In fact, my printer isn’t even working at the moment but Mom said she’d help me get a new one so I’ve been researching to find environmentally friendly (but still affordable) office supplies. With it being my Mom’s money, I’ve been trying to find a cheap printer and I found this website called Superwarehouse.com.
I ended up spending like an hour on this website. They’ve got tons of stuff, all in one place, for both home and office. When I say office, I don’t mean just home office equipment like printers and hard drives. They’ve even got the big office stuff like multimedia projectors and 24 port ethernet hubs. (Am I a geek for thinking those are cool??) And they’ve got all the major brands including the eco-friendly name brands like Canon, IBM, Apple and Sony.
I feel like a little kid writing a letter to Santa Claus because I bookmarked all of the stuff I want so I can ask for it later! Hey, maybe I will write him a letter. I’ve been asking since I was 7 years old for proof that he doesn’t exist and no one has given me any. So it wouldn’t hurt, right?
How does this sound?
“Dear Santa,
I have tried to be been a very good girl this year. I didn’t cheat on my taxes, I haven’t broken any laws (except for that one little speeding ticket but that was last year), and I’ve been recycling.
I know most people will think I’m crazy too old to be writing a letter to Santa but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try. So since you’re stopping by our house anyway, if you have room on your sleigh could you bring me these?
I’d like:
- A new digital camera, preferably a digital SLR
- An HP desktop to replace our old one that’s still running on Windows 98
- The Adobe Creative Suite collection
- A new wireless set up so I don’t have to worry about losing my signal
- A 16 GB Zen with video and FM radio
Oh, and to make things easier on you and the elves, you can just get it all online at Superwarehouse.com
Have a safe trip! We’ll leave some cookies for you but I hope you don’t mind sugar-free. Bubba’s diabetic and I’m on a diet.
Thanks Santa!”
Think it’ll work? I’ll let you know on December 26th.

You make me laugh so hard! Let me know if this works for you. I might write a letter to Santa myself.
BTW, I gave you an award on my last post. Put it on your blog and nominate 7 more.
